Please note that the staff may not be available for purchase or may not be able to answer the phone.
From 10:00 to 14:00, the entire hotel is clean, so you cannot use the hotel unless you are staying overnight.
From 17:00 to 10:00 the next morning, the reception and entrance are closed. Please be aware that no one other than the guest can enter.
All our rooms are on the 2nd floor. Some people feel that raising and lowering their suitcases is inconvenient because they move on narrow stairs. Please note that if you stay overnight.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel. The shower, toilet and restroom are all shared.
There is no curfew after check-in, but the light is off at 24:00. Priority will be given to those who go to sleep, so please refrain from talking or calling after turning off. Be careful of footsteps after 24:00. If you go out and enter the room late at night, please be careful not to inconvenience other customers or neighbors.
The hotel is completely non-smoking. Please don't use fire because of the old wooden structure. The ashtray is available under the arcade. Please do not disturb your neighbors.

Due to labor shortage, check-in time is mandatory from 12:00 to 17:00. No early late check-in without contact. If you do not appear without notice by 17:00 check-in time, your booking will be considered as a no-show.
Reservations can be made up to 3 months in advance. A guest house with few rooms. We are annoying the act of temporary reservations and double reservations in search of other inns, so please cooperate with the reservation after the travel schedule has been confirmed so that there is no cancellation.
“Cancellation Policy” Our hotel will incur a cancellation fee one week in advance. Cancellation on the day or without contact is 100%, 50% up to 3 days before, 10% up to 7 days before.

The reservation name must be the same as your driver's license or passport and must be entered in Japanese or English.
Payment must be made in cash at check-in. Credit cards are not accepted.
